MSA Works LLC offers a hassle free approach to returns.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for the same product in a different size or variation, or a refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the reason for the return.
Damaged and mislabeled items
If you receive an item that is damaged or mislabeled, our team will be happy to look into the order. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos in an email to email@example.com where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
Accidents can happen, so we’re glad to offer you a size exchange. Let us know the size you want to exchange for and we’ll be happy to reship the product for you.
Please note the following exceptions to our Return policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Exchanges and refunds will not be fully processed until the item has been returned within the 30 days of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to ensure your product isn't received after 30 days from purchase.
Once a return is initiated, our team will get to work processing your exchange or refund. Expect completion of process to take up to 14 days or longer for some regions.
Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
